  • Long-Term, Fixed-Rate Mortgages

    With a long term fixed rate mortgage your interest rate, principal and interest payments will remain constant during the entire life of your mortgage, resulting in predictable costs. You will never need to be concerned with the uncertainty of a rate change.

  • No-Income Verification

    This program offers financing to borrowers in a special situation who do not wish to provide tax returns or pay stubs to check income.

    We accept income as stated and only confirm employment. Typically this program is limited to specific commercial properties

  • Up To 100% Loan-To-Value

    For Owner Occupied: If you will be purchasing real estate to operate your primary business we can arrange to finance closing costs & working capital, too!

  • Poor Credit Programs

    If you have had some credit issues in the past and your credit score just isn't where it should be, we have a program for you!

  • Interest-Only

    You pay no principle on the loan amount, interest only. Minimizes your monthly payments and maximizes cash flow

    The Borrower is not personally liable for this loan type. If the borrower defaults, the lender/issuer can seize the collateral, but the lender's recovery is limited to the collateral

    We offer specific programs where the prepayment penalty can be minimized and in some cases eliminated. You will not be subject to the uncertainty of a costly penalty when you sell or refinance

  • Secondary Financing Permitted

    In some cases we can permit the seller to hold a second mortgage, therefore allowing you to reduce your initial down payment.

    This is usually limited to borrowers who are purchasing real estate where they will operate their primary business

  • 30-Year Amortization

    The longer the amortization, the lower your monthly payment.

    This is ideal for properties where you are looking for maximum cash flow and paying down the principle balance is not an immediate concern
