Commercial Mortgage Associates Inc. was founded by Gary Ambrosi in 1989 as a commercial mortgage brokerage company helping business owners and investors finance small to mid-size commercial real estate.

Since, Commercial Mortgage Associates has become highly respected in the commercial lending industry that investors can rely on, and yet, has remained focused on providing a cost effective financing service to clients both large and small in the New Jersey tri-state area. Over 35 years of commercial real estate experience has given Commercial Mortgage Associates the ability to offer creative solutions for each unique financing situation. Whatever your need, whether to purchase or refinance investment property or expand your small business, our experienced team of professionals have the proven process to structure and negotiate your loan request to ensure positive results.

We understand that the process of obtaining the right commercial mortgage is not always simple. Commercial Mortgage Associates is dedicated to responding to your individual financing needs and will follow your loan process from time of application through commitment until closing. Most importantly, all loan requests are thoroughly evaluated prior to a formal application, saving the borrower time and money they may be asked to spend needlessly with "lenders who are not lending".

Gary began his real estate career over 35 years ago and has been involved in all phases of the commercial real estate industry including real estate brokering, investment property ownership & management, appraisals and real estate consulting. Most importantly, he has extensive experience in the processing and negotiating of commercial real estate financing and personally oversees all aspects of each and every commercial loan application.

Our Philosophy

Since many of our applicants are first time real estate investors, the message is clear; we don't make promises we can't keep and their questions will be answered honestly and accurately from a sincere and respectful professional that promises to be responsive to their individual needs. For the experienced investor and seasoned business owners, some who have worked with us before, know that we accept every challenge with a positive attitude and a sense of trust by always placing the interests of the client first. We expect our sales associates to be confident in their abilities and not be discouraged by setbacks. We encourage perseverance and creativity by taking reasonable risks, yet adhering to a code of ethics in a challenging & ever changing industry, because “it's not just the right way to do business , it's the only way to do business.” We are focused exclusively on commercial real estate lending and do not spend our time financing single family homes, nor do we alter our core values by being swayed by the latest real estate fad.
